727 question

I have a 727 out of a 4x4 with a transfer case bolted to the back of it. So my question is, is the out put shaft different than a passenger car 727?

Yes, it is a lot shorter.

Yes. you would have to change the output shaft along with the tail housing.

According to the 727 book most trucks used numerous
length out put shafts, does your transfer case have
the drive shaft flanges on both sides for the driveshafts
if so I would say you need a car tail shaft and out
put shaft for a slip joint drive shaft
