Most of the big block engines with the aluminum heads look like Stage VI heads and 8 bolt cranks. If I lived closer to Mancini's and could inspect a motor, I might be interested.

There is a ton of cool stuff there. I called Rob and bought some of it. I wish I could wander thru that warehouse and check it all out in person.
Sounds like there is a bunch of stuff still stashed away so it would probably be a good idea to check back from time to time to see the updated list.

Wonder if that Shelby 2.2 turbo proto type was the one with the variable cam timing that was slated to go into the Daytonas before they canned the project. Seems to me they were getting over 400 hp from that.

I think it is a warehouse sale, not necessarily a business closeout. Guess someone (Arrow?) decided to clean out some stuff that had been sitting around for a long time.

I was told that a warehouse had to be cleared out since the owner sold the land to WalMart for a new store. Heck what do I know, I live 2000 miles away! Is there a new Walmart where Arrow racing used to be? If so then I guess that is the answer.
I'm kind of interested in the history of some of this stuff. Hemi motors with wedge intakes? Spintron fixtures? Who was doing all this work and what happened with the results? I've never seen MP publish any kind of Spintron results. Heck, the MP camshaft and valve train line up hasn't changed for 30 years so what was the Spintron work being done for?
Don't take me wrong, it looks like cool stuff and I'm going to buy as much of it as I can afford. I'm just wondering what the story is behind some of these parts.
