The guy missed my name and I messaged him because I didn't think I was receiving PM's yet. So he emailed me and said he missed my name and sent me a code but it isn't working

If it doesn't work online try calling and ask if the code is good. If your don't put the code and date in exactly right it will not work. Ex. 04/17/2016. Using mine this weekend

Did you use the gift card area? That's where you enter it, then the expiration.
