Head porters ? Ebrock sb

I just bought a set of hughes cnc ported ebrock sb heads.
Got kinda supriced to see that the head bolt bulge is almost untouched.
So my question is is it worth it to sleeve the bolt holes and grind it away?
Does anyone have bench numbers before and after that mod only?
