Adger Smith has a 4.9" low deck iron block on his website.

20 - DODGE – CHEVY – MERLIN – PRO STOCK – PRO MOD BLOCK
(Special Cast Iron Merlin block for Dodge Pro-Stock Use)

This block was cast by Merlin for special purpose Dodge Pro -Stock – Pro Mod Racing. The basis of the block is the 4.900 bore spacing Iron BBC Merlin Pro Block.

4.900 Bore Spacing
Short thick Deck – 9.300 & will cut to 9.200 or less
Bore – At 4.47" Will bore to 4.670 or more
B1-TS8 Head Bolt & Lifter Pattern
Indexed Jesel 1" keyed brass lifter bores
Dodge P/N cast in block
Dodge Bell Housing Pattern
Raised Camshaft – Big Bore 60 mm Cam Bore
4-Bolt Splayed Main w/ Caps w/ ARP Studs & Bolts
Priority Main Oiling
Solid oil pan rails
$5000 invested in block, initial bore, deck, mains & lifter indexing with sleeves.
Will take $3600.00 – purchaser pays freight.

BTW, That cam listed as #13 was one of the cams they used in building my 499 back when Hardesty was paying the bills. I was looking for it for a core as there are no 48* core available. The one I have is being reground to a Lunati 40230912 at 114*, which I will run N/A in the motor at 10-1 on pump swill. Same heads and intake as the motor had and same 3.85 x 4.530. We'll see....

Won't do me any good. My heads are 4.840, plus I already have an ultra low deck, odd ball block that is a door stop. Don't need another

Looks like a good deal if you can find a crank that isn't used up for it, but would likely need a new one made for the 4.840" main/4.900" bore spacing. Was probably for a 450ish ci Comp motor back in the day.
