Stage VI valve seals

What are you running for valve seals with your stage VI heads? I figured since mine were off I would pull them apart and check them over and clean them up.

If your heads are apart, get in with a small die grinder n cut channels to drain the oil away from the seal. Stage 6 heads have this stupid design where the oil is trying to drown the oil seal since the spring seat is recessed into the head.

I have done the drains in the spring pockets already.
