If they are already made in FG by anybody, making them in CF, IMO, 80% of the effort is already done.

Make them yourself, not hard just time consuming and requires some composite specific tools. I make parts from scratch for antique airplanes occasionally and vacuum bag them. Use a layer of carbon, layer of glass and a layer of carbon and you should be about .021" thick depending on the glass/carbon you use.
