here is a pic of what my heads look like.
You could almost think that someone did these heads to fit the 360-3r intake.
But i will wait and see if i can get some measures.

The floor of your port is going to be the issue, it is way higher than an INDY head. You can make it work, but don't expect it to be a bolt on deal. We put INDY intakes on W5's all the time, just takes some effort.

Re: intake gasket indy 360-1 - 02/01/09 04:33 PM

What would be the best way to do it, lower the head port floor (depnding how much) or epoxy the bottom of the intake?

Epoxy intake after you mill it to set your width.

No, you'll need to get one, figure out what gasket you gonna use & set the intake up for your heads. Just too many variables there (deck height etc) to be able to do a manifold for something like that without having it all in front of you.

Re: intake gasket indy 360-1 - 02/13/09 08:13 PM

You want the dimensions of an INDY 360-1 intake gasket opening? Is that correct?

Gasket intake port is 1.36" Wide, 2.16" Tall.... Floor of the port is .610" from bottom edge of the gasket. There's .290" above the roof of the port to the top of the gasket....
