I read this morning that the tower was heavily damaged by fire.

Had a fire about 4am this morning, the tower was damaged, but not the timer equipment luckily, they said if that would've been damaged, the chances of getting a replacement there and set up in time for the March Meet would have been very little. They are investigating to see how it started.

I hope they can recoup early enough to have the March Meet.

The March Meet should not have a problem, as the timing equipment wasn't harmed, fire dept was called at 3:30am.

Hope they recover quickly..... Been a rough couple months for dragstrips it seems. One other thing that crossed my mind is the elnino this year...... Might be a soggy March Meet. Either way I'm locked in and looking forward to it!

At Chuck's age, it's a miracle his fat fingers can find the correct keys to spell anything! Plus that, there is his love of Memosos fist thing in the morning. Wait a minute....

I'm not old, Billy. It's the alcohol in the tank that makes me not remember things.
