CN blocks has one (chuck newton ) there around 10k for there billet block with all the options.....

You have a few choices.
Are you talking about the 4.9" or 5" 99 heads?
If you want billet you can do LSM, CN or Goodwin.
Cast you can have Brodix or Donavon blocks modified for those heads.
