Need ideas on picking a cam for a KB/B1 500 w/ V7-Ysi 10 PSI - 09/30/15 03:50 AM
3.85 stroke, 4.53 bore, lotsa big port/tall intake on 20 yr old NO2 design (47cc Koffel shaved) heads currently at 10-1 with the pistons 0.060 down the hole. Diamond 38cc dish pistons, 6.535 rods. The old cam lifted the valves .800 and I will probably go to .700 for spring life. 1.7 T&D rockers.
I am gonna somehow put a Vortech sideslinger on and maybe blow through a EFI 4150 like this, because a 4500 form factor needs too big a hat:

I think the RPM limit of the blower will set the RPM of the short stroke motor to max of 7500 with the pulleys.
So Moparts, since this is a KOS type car that I want to drive 5 miles to/from the 1/8 track as well around my little country roads... I would like easy lobes for the roller valve train. What cam lobes / seperation would be good and where can I get this stick?
