Whats the highest sped (lowest number)gear you can get for a D60?

Hey there.

i'll go out on a limb and say 3.54. Don't know if the factory offered any taller than that though

I think 354 is lowest that you can still buy new(not sure though)

Ford had 333's from the factory in some stuff. I was under the impression that 333 was the lowest, but I'm not sure on that either.

The lower ratio's do pop up on ebag once in a while

In the 1968 Mopar service manual,a 3.31 gear is listed.

3.3 gears were available in Dana 60s.

3.08 gears were a Dana 61 piece.

Unfortunately, 3.54 is the highest commonly available ratio.

I think 3.3 Dana 60 gears would sell fairly well.
