I have an Aug.65{early 66} Hemi block that has a small 1/4"crack in one of the main bearing saddles.Can it be fixed,and who would you recomend?

Look for a H.D.commercial cast iron industrial welding shop 
It will need to be either aligned honed or aligned bore afterwards also 
The main thing about cracks in cast iron is you have to stop the crack(stop drill it on both ends) before repairing it
