They are 10-32. BLP sells them down to .014. Same for 6-32 set screws used for emulsion bleeds.

I too buy Holley or Quickfuel in the smaller sizes and drill em to my desired size........

I bought a USA made numbered set of Amazon. Fastenal probably has the too. If you have to buy pin vices go ahead and buy Starretts and be done with it.
