I made it! I don't know how, I shouldn't have. The Drag Week registration link was right where it was supposed to be, but didn't show up until 11:05, after hitting refresh every 20 seconds since 10:59. Then my credit card got rejected because I put in the wrong number, then when I was trying to type, Jay called, but I dind't answer. I figured he was going to tell me he was in, but later I found out that he was looking for the link and couldn't find it. So I ran out to my truck and got may credit card to try retyping it, and then it worked. I hit the go button at 11:14, and was very surprised to get in.


Now i REALLY need to get busy on my car. I'm bringing my 31 Plymouth Coupe that I started on in 2013. I still need to finish the floor and firewall, assemble the engine, do front and rear brakes, mount the 3 pedals, seats, all the windows, steering, wiring, lights, front shocks, radiator, front shakles. Argh, I better get off the computer and start wrenching.
I also have a GREAT trunk monkey lined up, my good buddy Jeff: AKA JericoGTX

I'm in. Still ringing the bugs out of the 'Cuda, but to going to try Street Race BB NA. Glad to see another 3 pedal machine.

Cant wait to check your car out.Ive raced twice and gone shotgun or just spectating 5 times.You will have a blast.

Im in. Just put the GV in my car and I love it. Im thinking I should put 4.10s in my car to get the 60ft in the 1.30s. Might also port the Apache heads and put them on.

Are you going to get you and the Black Pearl legal for Nines this go-round?

Boone and the Barnyard Viper will be back, last time out was 11.03-120, a converter swap, and tuning will hopefully result in some tens.

James Gilliland, who has rode shotgun in Dale's Gremlin the last two years, is also in. His plan is to make my old Challenger race car street legal and take it!
The whole reason I traded the car to him, was that I felt that was too large of an undertaking, so we will see!! He also has a nice street driven 67 Coronet as a possible back-up.

My brother got in with his Cuda, hope he doesn't blow up in the first day again!!!!

If the 4.10 and heads help it go 70s then I just might put forth the effort and expense. But the GV probably pushed my car over the 3200 lb mark, I dont know if it will do that now

I sure cant work as quick as I did last fall/year... its
taking 4 times the length of time to get my work done..
being that my one by-pass collapsed and now I run out of breath
and get exhausted super easy... work a bit.. take a break.. work
a bit more then call it a day ... but I'm almost done.. this SUCKS

Unfortunately it wasn't in the cards for me with work, life, etc. It's a shame because its so close to me this year, and I am trailer-less.

I might make the trip out to watch the final shootout.

We are in with my hemi Belevedere, unless I blow it up this summer......
