THAT SUCKS, I'm supposed to be putting my GV in the car Saturday using a friends lift

Im ready, to register anyway.

Same here... I have the trans out... gonna tear it down tomorrow
and hopefully find my issue... at least the back(the OD unit) just
unbolts and hopefully reveals the problem

Well, I bent the rear so its getting a dana 60, while Im at it changing from drum to disc brakes. Also need to find the cause of the lack of performance so may be swapping the 727 for a turbo 400 so I can get a brake and new converter. Or I may just fix the rear and go,.

I just hope that its not as hot as Indy 2 years ago.. I was in
bad shape with the heat(I mean me.. not my buddies truck)

Yes that was brutal, after memphis I taped the cowl opening shut and it was much better

I suggest if you have the ability have a second computer going as well with another person(Wife or Husband) trying as well. if one gets in you can just cancel out of the other. I did this for Pinks a few times and it never failed me to get a entry ticket.

I plan on having the wife doing it for me.. she is MUCH quicker
at typing and we will have 2 puters working... and both of us will
have all the info needed.. I sure hope that the registration company
can handle the load and not get shut down with the number of people
that will be trying in the opening minutes

Just gotta be on the ball. Last year, even though it sold out in minutes, I registered myself and had time to register a non-computer friendly buddy. His registration number was even below the intended cut-off.

It opens at:

9:00 AM Pacific
10:00 AM Mountain
11:00 AM Central
12:00 PM Eastern

9:00 AM Arizona time

They just updated it and now registration is SATURDAY MAY 2

Just like them.. if they keep postponing they MIGHT open it in Sept

I'm guessing this Saturday is the day registration opens for last year's class winners, etc.
