Throttle cable

I need to replace my throttle cable. When they ask for length is it the cable length or jacket length they need. Will the Lokar cables hook up to the stock petal?

It's cut to fit (aka cut cable and jacket (not in that order hahaha)) so order it a bit long and you should be good to go. Used there kickdown cable and it worked great.
