Trans Brake Valve Bodies
What brand and why?
I got asked which one and I truly don't know.

Griner
Cope
Hughes
Cheetah
TranzAct

Any HELP would be greatly appreciated.

I have used Griner and A&A transbrake valve bodies and both work well. I'm pretty sure the Cope (CRT) transbrake valve bodies are A&A units.

Some of the older units had a problem with the vehicle creeping a bit when the transbrake was first set but I've never had that issue with the Griner or A&A.

Griner I haven't used one of his yet but I have never heard of anyone not liking them that had one in a 727 or 904 Thats includes going all the way back to the late 1970s when he first started making and selling them

Had a Transact in the Mirada... Lightning quick, non LBA. Griner non LBA in our 904... has always worked like a champ. Griner LBA in the 727 in the Duster.... just sold it and bought a clean neutral trans brake from Dave at Pro Trans. Emailed Kieth about a Griner last month and he said he was back logged pretty good. I'd forgot about Pro Trans and they were just doing a batch and had it to my door in a week. It's in and ready for March Meet.
