Do all the Gen 3 valve covers interchange between all the heads?

You can use the later Eagle/Apache valve covers for every application. The early 5.7/6.1 are only interchangeable between the 2. The spark plug towers are the same height for all, however the Eagle/Apache have taller valves so the rockershafts sit higher thus the "camel humps" in those valve covers.
Edit: Also the 03-05 5.7 used the waste spark system requiring cross over spark plug wires vs the 06 and newer using coil over plugs like the 6.1.

I have the 6.1 Apache heads.
So anything after 06 should work, correct?

The Apache came out with the 6.4. in 2011
The eagle came out with the new 5.7 in 2009
The first gen 5.7 and 6.1 did not have names associated with them.
