Harvey Richards passed away a few years ago.

Thanks for lead, The car is on their page. There were 3 owners before him just trying to connect the dots.. I sent a message see what happens..

Joe Vanell....Long time since I heard his name. Rick DeMarco used to pal around with him. Joe ran Rick's altered wheelbase car(s) (Virginian, and Tomato car) from time to time. last i heard, he moved to Florida.
