That's a bad one. Looks like the trans tunnel and floor board got torn up pretty bad. Was the driver hurt?

Been there, done that...Guy that was driving my car when it went was really, really lucky. Broke three bones in his foot and he still has a limp. No fire, and none of the shrapnel caught him in any vital area's....
He didn't feel lucky, but I told him later all the stuff we found shredded in the car from the shrapnel. He felt blessed after that little discussion.

If you watch the video again, you can see the cowl area swell up at the base of the windshield when it blows. Hence the trim on the track. UUUGGLLYY!!!! Beep

this is exactly what happened to my buddy 8 years ago. No shield or blanket, sheared gas pedal in half. destroyed underdash completely.
