My car the firewall and flors were so rotted I took it all out but I did leave a 1" lip to rivet the firewall to I used watter tight pop rivets. why would it not pass tech or are you funin him.

I am welding 20 ga steel back in.. this is not a place I want to skimp on..I am moving it back 3 1/2"

maybe someone can use a patch out of that.will the new wall be flat or have contours in some areas like whre the wiper was?foot area for the driver?...

It will be flat..I will do some bead rolling on it..not sure yet I might bead roll the word MOPAR In it ?? has to have something on it..

Well I was going to do a penstar on the rear panel in side the car for sure..Bob did you get a PM from me about a steering shaft u-joint ??
