Stunk it up in Saturday's race. Decent tree (.018), but womped to much, and gave up the stripe by .013. Met 80arrow, nice guy. My mind was preoccupied, from a 7 year competition gap, hope I didn't come off as weird. Race #2 today.

Good luck today! You don't know how bad I stunk yesterday! Ran our 2014 Challenger SXT in sportsman and trophy. Lights were terrible. Can't wait till the docs clear me to get back in my 64!

....I'm reminded of that everytime I look at the combined 500K+ miles between 3 vehicles that are "gettin up there" in the age department sitting in the drive. Somethings going to give sooner or later. Been nice not having a steady car payment for the last 6 years though. Hope to hear some good race results!

No time trial today. Of course, I didn't have batteries for the weather station, so I'm using records from 2001. Terrible air, 2387'.

Told the grandson I was sneaking up on my new setup cause I didn't want too much wheel stand. He says, "you don't want to be like Leigh?" After all these years away, he remembers you.

Scribbled a 10.66 on the window. Crossed over on a 11.20 guy. We both went.022, I womped it, and gave up the stripe by .009. Over and out. I guess I violated "If in doubt, run it out.". Loaded up and leaving.
