Are you talking the throttle body EFI... but either
way it should be.. just have to have the reference
regulator so it will jack up the pressure .. I'll
be changing over to a TT on my multi point holley
in maybe a year... you most likely will need to change
injectors

Depends on which injection system and how much hp you want to make.

most of the shelf kits are only good to 500hp. A N/A BB will make those numbers easy. That said I don't know why you couldn't use one.

What I tell most people is pick a tuner/ shop you like and get along with and use the fuel injection they use and are cofortable with. Don't pick a system and then try to find a tuner/shop for it.

I've done it several times with the FAST XFI - port injection and normal TB. No issues. I don't know about Holley.
