Got the bugs worked out in my turbo car last night at quaker city.

It's amazing to me how good these Menscer double adjustable shocks work with the caltracs on 275 drag radials.

Leaving on 12psi@4000, ramping in to 15psi down track.

Now thats cool.

What a neat sleeper. I can see the look on someone's face when you spank them. Its amazing how much power the turbo's make. Just curious but do you have any idea with it would run without the turbo if you had basically the same combo but set up to run NA ? I am just wondering how much difference the boost makes. And congrats on a job well done.

Turboes are usually worth 4-600hp over N/A unless the boost gets into 20's then its even more. Good job, your not done, its gonna go faster in better air.

This thing is on e85 with no intercooler or methanol injection, right? Do you log IAT? I'm curious what temps you're seeing

Looked your car over in the pits Saturday. I don't think its ugly at all, as a matter of fact its probably one of the coolest cars I have seen. Watched all of your runs and that 9.94 was impressive!

Thanks for all the complements guys. I'm very happy with the first full outing with the car. This thing still has a LOT more left in it (both at the starting line, and power down track if I turn it up more).

To answer the questions...

Shift light is set to 6200, crossing at 6300'ish.

Engine combo is a cast crank/stock block 360. MCH CNC ported eddy's. 230/235@.050" .540" lift hydraulic roller, non-intercooled E85 (no water/meth), with a Borg Warner S475 turbo (75mm compressor, 1.32 A/R, 96mm turbine.) Fed from stock dodge magnum truck manifolds.

What would it do with 100" more CID?

Well on this turbo it would choke at about 5000rpm and make the same amount of power. You don't need CUBES with a turbo!!! I'm already knocking power out of it to get it off the line. No reason for more low end torque... lol
