B1 Valley tray question....gaps ?

B1 Valley tray question....gaps ? - 07/10/14 04:14 AM

What's an acceptable gap between the head and the tray ? I have .070 , my intake spacers do sit right on top flush so is this ok ? Silicone fill that ? Or mill some off the bottom of the tray to tighten the gap , it's a cast tray

.070 should be fine... fill it with silicone
EDIT
for stuff like that I like a bit of a gap so I can get
the silicone in there

Don't need no fancy pants valley cover. I'll juts crank out another boring mild HP B1 deal here soon enough. Already collecting parts for the next one
