I just picked up a '68 Satellite roller which I'll be finishing up into a street/strip car with a 493. Right now it's in primer so I'm interested to see what people have in terms of color combos for these body styles.

Building my 1968 super bee currently. Has a 383 4 speed w/ 3.55 rear gears in it. Has ran a 14.5@92, so it's "slow".

The build is a 400 block stroked to 470 from Muscle Motors. 440 source stealth heads that will be worked over by Muscle motors as soon as i get it to them. I have a 18 spline 4 speed going into it with a centerforce dual friction clutch. Also have a dana with 4.10's in it, but looking for a set of 3.73 gears since this is more of a "street" car.

70 Chacha stock stroke 440-6. looking for 11.teens next time out. Soon to have a 150 shot under the outboards. These are Salt flat specials, car is sublime of course.

69 Satellite, street/strip combo.... With a Dunnuck Racing pump gas 440. It has run a best of 10.60 so far. the converter is currently being tweaked to fix the slow 60ft. times....

Our 70 RR in Rallye Red. It is a bit more faded now, tropical sun and reds don't play nice. Under the lights it looks kind of orange:

I went with puke green w / puke off white vinyl top, mainly 'cuz that's how I bought it. My plan is to wait untill the rest of finishes craking and falling off, then I'll peel the vinyl and go matte green.

Cudadoug, I've been out twice and both have had their problems where I got one half-azzed pass and was done. I've taken care of the issues that plagued me and am ready to get out again. I was planning to get out this past Thursday or Friday for T & T, but weather and other issues got in the way. Hopefully this coming up weekend will work out.

It is an unlimited products 4.75 cowl, it fit pretty darn good out of the box which was surprising. I don't care for the 6pack or hemi scoop on the b bodies just never looked right to me. The air grabber will go back on when the 6pack goes back on.
