Schematics for nitrous and transbrake? - 12/30/08 08:46 PM
A while back someone had posted schematics for the use of nitrous and a transbrake and I swore I wouldn't lose it but my computer went belly up and it took the schematics with it.
The schematics I am looking for is the one where the solenoid is not live until the release of the transbrake at full throttle.
Anybody have it?
Thanks, Jim

Send me your email. I have a diagram, but apparently the file is too large to post here and I don't know how to resize it.

Thanks a ton. People were trying to convenience me to just use a separate button but with one button on the steering wheel for the t brake I thought having another one would be too much going on for me.
Thanks again, Jim

The first hand drawn one is what I would use. The other one gets to complicated, to much chance of a problem and over kill in my opinion. KISS.

The diagram Bill posted for me, is how I wire every nitrous car I work on. Never had a problem. Really don't understand why the second needs to be so complicated, plus it does not have a direct batt source, to the relay that powers the solenoids. The main feed has to go through a switch. Seems the long way around. I am always looking for more simple ways to do things, but not crazy about that one.
