Those are tiny rear tires for a BB like yours in a nose heavy A body, you may never dead hook the car on those tires On the pressure start at 20 lbs and see how that works If it spins, try 18 lbs, and then maybe 16 lbs. don't go below 16 lbs on a good low pressure tire gauge You may be better off with a set of M/T bias ply ET Streets of the same size My Duster had a similar engine,512 C.I. at first, bigger later It made 612 HP and 644 Ft Lbs on CA pump gas, I ran the 315x60x15 M/T ET Street Radials on 12 inch wide rims and the same size ET Street bias plys on 10 inch rims, the Rdails where faster on a good track but once they started to spin I had to let off and shift to get them to hook back up The ET Street bias plys might spin 1/4 to 1/2 turn on the starting line and then dead hook, especially on the street Once the radials started to spin on the street I had to get completely out of the throttle and wait for the radials to hook back up, even in high gear at 50 + MPH Good luck, let us know what you do and the results

Thanks Cab,
That's exactly what I needed to find out. Tried 18lbs. yesterday and the car was more consistent on a slippery track. Will go to 16 or try a different tire combination. Thanks again!
