Molner Crankshafts ... Tell me about them

Molner Crankshafts ... Tell me about them - 04/27/14 12:55 AM

I hadn't heard of them before. I'm shopping for a crank for my Hemi project. I want standard rod journal, standard mains, but 6 bolt flange so I can use my McLeod dual disc clutch set. I also want 4.15 stroke. Is Molner any different than Scat, Eagle or 440 Source? Price seems to be in same ball park so I was guessing forged offshore an machined in US.

Tom Molnar originally started K1 and then sold it to Carrillo. He then started Molnar Technologies. Nice products! I have one of his cranks and a set of rods. Also great customer service.

Very nice product for the money. I have been with Tom since his early K1 days, and still use, spec and suggest his products daily. Its a good value. I know that particular crank is in stock, as I just checked on the same Friday. ( in 6 bolt)Let me know if I can help.
