Proform Carburetor Main Body 950 CFM #67108C - 12/19/08 05:28 PM

Anyone used Proform's 950 CFM #67108C replacement main body? I have a billet 1.75" baseplate and can probably piece together another carb w/ a few other items w/ replacement main body.

Also, any idea what the difference is between the 67108C "950" and 67107C "850" bodies that both use the 1.75" throttle plates? I can't find anything other than jetting specs to see where differences are between the two.

edit: i believe they use a stright leg booster on a 950 taking it out of the venturi to pickup the extra cfm over the 850

Brad...here's the main difference....

67107C has 1.400 venturi X 1.750 Base
67108C has 1.450 venturi X 1.750 Base

Both use DownLeg Boosters....

One more thing....Holleys 950 measures....

1.375 venturi X 1.750 Base

Jesse - Thanks for the info.

Has anyone actually used one of the 950 main bodies and can testify to how well it works?
