Last night, Kevin Mullins just took the #1 qualifying spot in Radial VS the World with a 4.23 @ 189mph pass with his 521ci twin turbo BAE VI Hemi. Dwayne next to him, running the 4.27, has a 522ci Sonny Chemi.

Only way to beat a Hemi is with a Hemi , this is the only race engine to buy . I am changing my combo to a BAE 8x for just that reason .

Two things.....

1. I love HEMI powered brand x, especially a HEMI powered brand x that flys.

2. Is there anything funnier than the label "chemi", hung on the Sonny's (and a few other) style engines by the chevy crowd??? Hell, there's barely a hint of chevy in their Raptor, Profiler and Big Chief aftermarket race engines, let alone the Sonny's killers.

Did you hit a plateau with the Predator heads? Or are you switching more for the stability of a billet motor? Either way you are making a good choice

Yes he won the race, set the record for quickest and fastest 1/8 mi passes on radials. Also was number 1 qualifier. Kevin Mullens had a good weekend.
