that was a very early mopar cast crank it broke at over 7000 rpm at about 10 ft from the finish in las vegas. this crank and rods had over 1400 runs on them so they did not owe me anything

i would say not, heck i think you exceeded the life expectancy of that crank by a fair margin

BUT you owe yourself the other parts it broke, it certainly wasn't the cranks fault
