Great pictures, especially on the A&M Fasteners candy apple red 66 Belvedere, The Shadowoods 64 Plymouth and Mr 5&50 65 Belvedere. Those scoops were made right here in Ohio by Sled City and just a sample of the scoops we make for the N/SS cars. I was there Saturday taking pictures and talked to some really great people and a whole bunch of good old friends. Look for Sled City Fiberglass at more of the Mopar events sellin fiberglass and running 3 cars next year.

The orange challenger I thought they said was a BB nitrous car. I don't recall et.
The blue cuda is oldirons on the board, 4 speed high 9 car. Thought it was a cool pic.
That roadrunner was a beautiful car. Sheet metal intake hemi car, I think it ran 8.80's. Very clean car in and out. I believe it was out of Canada.

yea.. the orange RR is an all steel car... new build and a new driver! Good friend of mine.. car gets faster with every pass! Went 8.87 at 152.. lots more in it... haven't even turned a tuning screw yet! That was only about the 15th run on the car and about the 12th pass for a new driver!
Question for you.. I own the 5 & 50 car... been having some traction issues lately.. Can you tell me when that pic was taken? Sat. or Sunday? was playing with tire pressures and are way low in that pic.. trying to put a time line on it. Certainly was not the track...it was GREAT. Im beginning to think that as those Goodyears age they need more pressure to help the weakening side walls.. have about 60 passes on them. Tried adjusting rear shocks but the car was spinning and shaking the tires no matter what we tried.

Looks like you need more air pressure by the wrinkles all around the tires or the sidewalls are gone on those slicks.

It's an FJ Smith car, very nicely done. The owner is getting a handle on a car for that speed and is getting faster with every outing.
