what is the advantage of using the adjustable ones?
mopar perf 284 484 purple cam

The adjustables allow you to dial in the pre-load exactly and can take a bit more spring load and lift. With the 284, either should work. If running the stamped rockers, pushrod length will need to be dialed in carefully to get correct pre-load.

I wouldnt even think old the stock rockers unless
it was a totally stock rebuild

The durability goes up by a factor of 10,000 when stepping up from stamped steel.
The H.D. are better , but the stock ones are worth around .04 a pound.

If you plan to use stiffer H.D valve springs the push rods could eventually push through the rocker arm cup.It happened to me cost me a race lol. good luck
