Who is using it and how do you like it? What ignition box is it linked to and what features are you utilizing?

I’m curious how others are utilizing the software. My ride is naturally aspirated and I plan to use the retards, especially in high gear. Do you know how it interfaces with RacePak. I’m currently using a Sportsman system.

am i missing something here? imho once again MSD (Mighty Stupid Design) has come up with a product that requires this box, then that box, then this bus strip. now i understand some guys aren't happy unless they have the latest gizmo but when it comes to ignitions the VAST majority of racers don't need this crap and won't utilize 80% of it. holley was ahead of MSD with their packaging but couldn't compete with the giant. MSD finally got a clue went digital and began integrating the basic features an ignition SHOULD have in it. even at that the 15 year old discontinued holley strip ignition has two RPM switches as opposed to the digital 7+ single switch and the holley has the ability to select different (or random) kill patterns for the rev limiters.

now MSD is going back to needing multiple components just to make an engine run?

maybe i'm just a tool but i've never been impressed with how MSD packages their products

I'm pretty sure the grid was made so all classes could use it ( including nhra pro stock )and if you wanted to add the bells and whistles you could just buy the ones you needed.

I personally miss the crane DEC 9000. It had it all and was digital. That with a 7 box was bullet proof and ahead of its time.

What data can be seen in the DataLink software? Does it graph the ignition curve?
