Scott Brown did my 440-1's
with a "street" roller cam, my car is right there with combinations that have more cam and lighter weight,
I have been 5.40's at 3500 and first time out at 3330 the car went 5.30's Im sure a little more nitrous or tuning will put the car in the 20's

Dwayne Porter did some work on my EZ heads for me and it is exellent work. He did hand porting as he is one of the best there is. I dont think he has a CNC machine. Ron

I'd send them to Dwayne Porter at Porter Racing Heads. He did an outstanding job on my Indy SR heads...he's pretty good a spec'ing cams too.
If you want them CNC'd, send them to Jeff at MCH.

As far as I know Scott never did any porting himself...
when I got my B1M/C heads from him he suggested sending
them to Modern and I did... he use to use a guy named
Duane up our way here for port work

Best bet? send them to someone like Modern for cnc. Then to someone like Porter to have them finished off for your combination. Been there done that. Just gets you the best there is.

Call Todd at Marsh Performance - Moparts Connection on the Moparts Home Page. He is located in NC , only does Mopar , and his head guy has a pretty good resume. My 440-1 heads looked almost to good to install on the motor.

I have had Jeff do two sets of 440-1 He put the 2.25 intakes in them at the same time, the first set made 845 HP at 7000 RPM with a Holley 1050 Dominator on a Indy 440-3 intake,440 block stroked to 526 C.I. with mopar rod sizes, not a very trick piece at all The dyno heaaders flanges where to small for the ported heads so the motor missed a little from 5200 RPM up, it would have made a little more power and torque if the headers where better Jeffs CNC programs work good
