leaveing off a t-stop - 12/31/12 03:44 AM

i've currently been useing a convertor that that is 5500 stall and works well. now i'm going to a throttle stop that will be activated 2 tenths off the line, would you still stay with that convertor or would it make you consider a different stall?

IMO....no reason to change....my s-gas vette had a 6k stall and always left against the converter and stop came on at .150

Glide or TF??

When you come off the stop in high gear you will see your stall speed..

Some guys have been known to use .000 off the brake to the stop..

chris, it's a glide. why would or would'nt you leave right off the stop or ad delay. also, i was at 4000 on my 2 step before. should that stay the same or not?

I use anywhere between 3800-4600 off the line and am on the stop early.

The converter choice is a tough deal. 5000 seems low to me.,. I'm @ 6200-6400..
