Burn't exhaust valve

Boosted motor with Ferrea SS severe duty valves with Calico coating. Forged pistons were fine. What may have caused this?

Solid cam with tight lash and valve not fully seating,narrow seat for not enough heat transfer area, late ign. timing. or???
