12 .00 with ported eddies?

I have a set of ported eddies that flow 280 at .550. Been kicking around the idea of putting together a 360 with these heads to run 12.00 so I can double enter pro and sportsman at my local track on points weekends. Car is around 3200. So do you think I can slow it down enough with these heads. Hyd cam is what im thinking, maybe the .484.

I would think it would .... but I would build it to
be quicker and slow it down with a mech throttle stop
on the carb... I slow my car a little over a second
with it, shift and launch rpm... I tweek it in with
the shift rpm.... this is what I made to mount on the
carb

have to much fun last week running slow??

I really did Dustin. I have another 360 block I have been thinking of putting together with a hyd cam. Put I really wanted to use my eddie heads. I thought about an adjustable plate.
