572 pistons who has the best done custom made

572 pistons who has the best done custom made - 10/07/12 05:12 PM

I have a 572 4.50 bore and it`s got 13 to 1 flat tops for INDY 440-1 heads but i won`t to go 14.1/2 or 15 to 1 domes and will bore it about to 4.55 or 4.60 so who has the best custom pistons thanks for any help to see what you all are running.

Another vote for CP, and I would buy them thrue Scott Brown.

Mine is 14.7-1 with flat tops. Heads are 57cc. Pistons.012" in the hole, .051" gasket. Notches are pretty big 12cc.

Flat tops are all you should need. Sounds like pistons are down in the hole to far or they have huge valve reliefs. poppaj
