For about 20 yrs now (going back to when he was at Ultradyne, which Bullet "absorbed" when Harold went to Lunati) I've always asked for Tim Goolsby.

My memory is terrible so I don't remember who I spoke with at Bullet. I do have to say though they are as good as it gets. The person I spoke with told me right from the get go they were running 3 weeks behind. I told them I'd order a cam anyway. I had the cam in my hands 3 weeks to the day that I ordered it.
I gave them my engine and chassis specs and told them I wanted something that was gentle on the valve train. Also said I wasn't afraid of a big cam. The solid roller they ground for me is unbelieveable. The dyno numbers, driveability, and the street and track performance are much more than I'd hoped for. They are THE cam company in my book. Dave

Tim's my go to guy and has been since the mid 80's when he worked for Harold Brookshire,I stop in a few times a year to get caught up on the latest news and usually end up having a cam or 2 ground while I'm there.
