read my spark plug

Hey everyone, I was just adjusting my valves on my car and since I had the plugs out I figured I would take a pic and get some opinions on things. Car runs just fine,a little about combo is a mild 408
9.5-1,solid lifter cam,bigs 750,fbo curved distributer. Thanks in advance.

Looks like oil on the base... cant see down in the
plug for jetting(plus you need a magnifying glass if
you REALLY want to see
