Which carbs flow what?

I'm thinking my engine could use a bigger carb, but I'm confused as to which carbs flow what CFM. For example, my 750 Proform main body is supposed to flow 775 CFM. So what does a Holley HP flow as opposed to advertised? Do all the Quickfuel/Proform flow a little more than the rating?

Look at the venturi size and the throttle bore size. That tells most of the story.

What is the engine, because a 750 with hp main body is a good carburetor. I went from a 750 hp to a 950 and regretted it. Gained .05 in the 1/4 but throttle response was much less and gas mileage sucked. And this was a low 11 high 10 second duster with a smallblock.

374 ci. Stroked 340,.040 over. I was thinking 800-825 would be better. I know I can "get by" w/what I got.
