Header coating? - 06/26/12 06:57 AM
Anyone had their headers ceramic coated? I have a set of tti's that got pretty beat up moving the car around, and installing them without a lift. Any suggestions? Will someone blast and coat them?
Thanks.
my nephew does em but he's a little far from you,

Places that do this are popping up like Starbucks it seems.
I asked around and found a guy who is about 25 miles from the house.
He had done sets for a couple locals guys who highly recommended him.
This was on a new set , but he did the tubes and two sets of collectors for 220.00 cash and an Allistair Phillips folding pocket knife with Damascus bolsters.........a bargain I thought.
The days of having to send them half way across the country are over , but I'd try to get a reference before I picked someone.

Approximately where in Mich? I'm not above taking a road trip north to get them done.
Wonder if tti coats their own in house?

You aren't the only one that has recommended them to me! I need to check them out. Price seems reasonable too...
Thanks Mr. P.
This was one of our favorites... Here's a better view.
