Great vendor alert!!

As most of you know,I pulled one of my Firecore wires apart. I send Gorski a pm telling him what I did. Rich tells me to call him the next day which I did. He tells me to send a pic of the boot and ohm the wire. Got that done and he says he will see what he can come up with! Bear in mind that he just came home from vacation and has a bazillion phone calls and a bunch of e-mail to return and that includes an NHRA fuel team that uses Firecore wires. Yet Rich takes the time to take care of us little guys. My hat is off to ya,Rich! I know that if I was shopping for new wires,I wouldn't look anywhere else than Firecore! Thanks again!!

Here is a set of Firecore 50 wires and Ready To Run distributor on my dyno small block.
I am doing a camshaft shootout right now so I have been pulling these wires on and off multiple times and they snap back on the plugs real well every time.
Someone would have to grab the wire and pull it off instead of grabbing it by the boot to hurt it I would bet?

Keith...I did pull on the boot! The good news is the wire showed up Friday...I tell ya..Gorski goes above and beyond for great customer service!!

Amazing...340 some views and nobody gives a damn..Everyone complains about customer service here but don't care about a small trivial thing..Gorski is alright in my book..

Well, fwiw, from the great reviews on Firecore wires I'm planning on ordering a set once my motor gets a little further along. Stories like Ted's just gives me even more encouragement that I'm making the right decision!

Even though I haven't bought any, I guess I had better give in and leave positive feedback.. oh.. this isn't ebay.

Sadly,this is getting to be the norm around here.
I recently tested Firecore wires and distributors on my dyno,not because Rich asked me to,but because of some of the things above and beyond I had seen him do.
The first time I ever met Rich was at Monster Mopar in Indy last year. He was fixing plug boots and wires for guys that did not even use his wires and not charging them for it.
He saw when I was testing the Rev N Nator that I wanted to test some other coils,and sent me a few he had just to help me out. And I was testing what could basically be considered a competitors product. How many guys would do that?
He sells nice products and stands behind them,and goes above and beyond. Some people act like he is trying to sell them a line of B.S. or something and that could not be further from the truth.
