HELP !!!who's the guy from lake charles La??

I know I've seen him post on here and I was just wondering if you guys can point me in the right direction? Get this- my brother just bought a car from down there and is going to fly in and drive it to Richmond va. It's a 70 dart with a 440 in it and I am wanting someone to check it out for him if possible. Please advise...

NO, thats not my Car..i have had many but thats not my car..i had seen the post before on here and Racing Junk but have never looked at the car in person..Never have seen him at any of the car shows, but i havent been to any in the past couple months.. find out where the car is and if i can get by there ill take a peek if you need someone to check the car over... has it been paid for yet.???

Sorry Billy I thought it might be you as you are the only guy I remembered being from Lake Charles and I know you sell quit a bit on here sometimes. I came thru there today in fact. There was a car broke down on the bridge there hell of a place to break down lol.

Your not looking for Jerry Ferguson are you? He had a orange Hemi 65 Belvedere then a B0 29 dart (Yankee Peddler). I believe his brother runs N/SS as well.

I dont think it Jerry..i had seen an ad before a few months ago about that car here in Lake Charles,La but havent seen it or talked to the owner... The "Yankee Peddler" that Jerry owned.. was an Incredible car..I bought an Old Challenger from his Brother years ago and backhalfed it..But had been to jerry's a few times with my cousin and other friends.. i went over one day and he took me into the Garage and showed me that BO Dart(4 Speed) 1 of 14 or 19 cant remember which but he gave me the gran tour and even cranked it up for me.. I still get goose bumps thinking about being around such a car...

Yea, that bridge is not the place to break down.. i had an old 69 convertable Chevelle back about 20 years ago and ran out of gas going up that thing and only got 3/4 the way up it and had to put it in netural and roll backwards down that bridge..PRAYING one of those oncomming cars wouldnt slam me in the Backend...Scariest 3 minutes of my life.....

Hi Billy- did not think it was you or your car but remembered that your signature said lake charles. My brother has already bought the car but I was just hoping to have someone take a look at it and see how it looked for an immediate road trip as he is planning to drive it on out of there! It looks like all good parts on the car but as we all know sometimes our old mopars are not up to a big tour . Anyway I will pm you his name and number,maybe address if I have it. We all talk about our mopar adventures ,I guess my little brother is about to have one!!

How nice is the car? looks good in the pics.

Guess I will find out shortly. my brother is bringing it here and we are going to do a little track testing,checking the car over and tweaking.I will be posting lots of pics and test results!

Is that the guy that also has the Super Bee? I have been to his house and seen doth cars. Both very nice and that Dart is a BEAST. He said he drives it around town so it should be fine, if it's the same guy and car. I would thing there would be only 1 orange BB dart in Lake Charles like that. I have dealt with him and he is a super guy, very honest and straight forward with me. Hope this helps.

it belonged to a guy named lee graham here in houston.
alexp knows the guy who bought it from lee better. i do not know who currently owns it.

very fast fast in my opinion. body was in decent shape, it did need minor work on the car to include a new front suspension rebuild.

it had a 4.10 gear with a spool last i saw it. reverse manual 727 also.

Any details on the engine cam/compression? Any timeslips or ETs? Converter? current owner doesn't know details of this stuff.Thanks,Chris.
