New lifters old cam, breakin?

Do i need to break in new lifters to reused cam ? if so does that also mean remove inner valve springs? thanks.

Yes, you need to do everything you would with a new cam. The lifters still need to mate to the cam lobes. Good oil remove inner springs no idling for 20 minutes,etc.
