Motor is 365 ci with KB-107 slugs 10.75 Comp(est)180psi cyl Ported Eddys(flow app.275 cfm)Victor 340 intake,2" open spacer with a 750 holley/proform carb.The cam will be a hughes solid flat tappet htl 5665as (614/626 lift 256/260 dur @.050 103 intake centerline)Car is 3100# with the driver.Trans is a 904 with low 1st gear and a 3800 converter.Rear is a 8-3/4 with 410 gears and a 9x28 slick.Car has 3000# SS springs w/snubber.I footbrake and the car usually works well.What do you folks think it will do?

Ill guess high 11 low 12. Needs 4.56 or 4.88 gear. What ya plan on shifting at? I imagine this motor gonna power peak at 6800.

I'd run a 8" converter with around a 5K stall speed. With your current deal, I would expect a mid to high 11 second pass. If they are Mickey Thompson 28" x 9" slicks, they are only around 27" in diameter.

That's the exact cam in my 408, my Eddie's flow 280, and it made 578 hp @ 6200rpm. Should run low, low 11's in a 360 at that weight!

I will update once the changes are done and we make some runs at the track.I would be happy with 11.40 lets hope it can get it done.As for the 12.2 prediction, boy I hope not.........the car runs 12.05 with OOTB Eddies and a 520 lift hyd cam so it better not run slower!Thanks for the replies.....now back out to the shop,I have some heads to finish up!

My Duster ran 11 teens to 20's with a similiar set up but with W2's that flowed comparably. I used a 4600 T/A converter and 4.56's, shifted it at about 7200.

That combo is very close to mine, my cam is smaller and i run a 4.10 gear last time out was the first time i was able to make laps in the car, without braking something, and went 7.14 1/8 off the throttle track was to wet to run 1/4 that day, and i think i have plenty more.

Converter is going to be the biggest drawback.
It should have some big MPH for the et. Like 11.40 at 123+ is my guess

As is 11.50 at 119 mph, with a 5k+ converter 11 teens.

Converter is going to hurt it, but i think the low gear shall help get it moving. and #3100 with driver is fairly light. Good luck with it.
