I would start with the lower bars level to slightly down, but you really need to plot out the points of the brackets. I have a CAD file of mine and know exactly where mine is with any change. If you don't have those tools accessable to you, plot it on paper, full size on the floor beside the car taking accurate measurements. You will know better on settings after you get some front/rear weights to establish a center of gravity of the car. Also, what is the wheelbase? These items all make a difference. Mine was happy after making one adjustment to the instant center. Good luck with your suspension tuning.
As Brian said... you can lay it all out on the floor or wall but you have to measure the holes from the ground and it would be nice if you knew the CG on it... you might want to try about 35" to 45" with it up about 6" as a start point Do it in full size and its easier to see whats happening
